Presentation

I am an associate professor at the University of Lille since 2011, Habilité à Diriger des Recherches since 2022. I conduct my research in the LOKI team, part of Inria Lille - Nord Europe and CRIStAL, CNRS UMR 9189. Before this, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Dynamic Graphics Group of the University of Toronto under supervision by Ravin Balakrishnan, and post-doctoral research at Telecom ParisTech supervised by Éric Lecolinet. I obtained my Ph.D. at the University of Lorraine and I was supervised by Benoît Martin and Isabelle Pecci.

Research interests

My research field is Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Most of my research projects focus on input interaction techniques and devices, haptic feedback, and their combination. More generally, I am interested in the notion of user control over interactive systems. My objective is to use the best of human skills and computer capabilities for the design of efficient interactive systems.
